Katie Fergusson is the Senior Vice President, Sustainable Impact at De Beers Group and a member of the Brand Leadership Team. She leads the development and implementation of the Group’s Building Forever sustainability framework, working with functional and operational teams across the business on Social Impact, Environment and Equity & Inclusion programmes and global and regional partnerships. Prior to joining De Beers in 2016, Katie worked for Anglo American in South America across multiple countries on socio-economic development and in KPMG’s Global Risk & Sustainability team in London on sustainability strategy, management systems and assurance.
