Ivette Nersesyan-Stephanopoulos is the director of global business development at the Gemological Institute of America (GIA). Previous to GIA, she was the director of wedding and high jewelry at David Yurman. Ivette serves on the board of the Metro Chapter of WJA, and is on the mentorship committee. She holds two master's degrees, one in Russian philology and another in educational psychology from Fordham University, as well as a GIA Applied Jewelry Professional (AJP) diploma and Pearls as One certificate from CPAA.
